Fetze TCF born August 1, 2009

Our wonderful Folkert mare, Fumada van de Katanzehoeve, Ster, foaled on August 1,  early in the evening.  She is a wonderful mother, and Fetze stood and nursed easily and quickly.  He is a beautiful Nanning 374 colt, with a hair coat that feels like mink...very unusual.  He has established himself at 8 weeks as the "herd Stallion"... and loves to try and boss around the little girls. 

Fetze is very correct, has a lovely head and neck, and long forearms.  He is built up hill and his early movement is really nice.  We will watch his development as he progresses.  We have rebred Fumada to Nanning on the strength of this first breeding.  She will foal in August 2010.
